About Me.

Welcome to my world! As a former professional dancer and choreographer, I’ve dedicated my life to inspiring others through the art of movement. After taking a break to focus on my family and work, I’ve returned to dance with renewed passion, eager to help others embrace a healthy lifestyle filled with movement, music and joy.

I've performed on international stages and participated in television shows and music videos including America's Best Dance Crew on MTV, NRG Awards in Cannes, Tribute to Celine Dion in Paris, En Direct de l'Univers, Star Académie, Gala Artis, and more. I have danced along artists such as Marie-Mai, Corneille, Véronic Dicaire, Kristina Maria and Rashid Badouri and I have worked on projects such as motion capture for The Smurfs 2 movie and Just Dance.

I find even greater fulfillment in teaching and sharing the magic of dance with others. With over 15 years of teaching experience, across Canada, US, and even Norway, and I look forward to bringing that diverse experience to our classes.
